REFUND POLICY

Thanks for purchasing our products at sidcofoods.ae

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website for any product cancellation after the payment with the mode of payment of order. Refund will be processed within 48 hrs and takes 7-10 working days to credit the amount in the customers bank account.

OFFER PRODUCTS POLICY: We do not offer refunds or returns for offer products. This policy applies even if you are not satisfied with the product. Once you purchase an offer product, you are not eligible for a refund or return.

FRESH PRODUCTS POLICY:Refunds and Returns; Fresh products are not eligible for refunds or returns once the order has dispatched from our store. If you receive a fresh product with a quality issue, we will offer a replacement but no refund.

SIDCO FOODS takes customer satisfaction very seriously. If you have problems with your order, please email us on customercare@sidcofoods.ae and we will assist you. Additionally, you can also give us a call or message us at; 04 264 2247. Please Note Complaint would be Valid if placed within 7 days on Purchase. 

We accept requests for Returns subject to approval in cases such as defective, damaged or wrong product delivered. The process is subject to approval and hence may take 3-5 days for process completion, depending on the case in review. An equivalent replacement will be provided to the customer in this case. Important NOTE : Any claim for Returns must be registered within 24 hours of delivery since the products in question are food and any claim beyond 1-2 Days will not be valid as per our Company Food Safety Policies with Packet Picture.
