DELIVERY POLICY

We deliver your order to the address you gave at the time of purchase. SIDCO shall have no liability or obligation for any incorrect addresses; it is the full duty of the buyer to confirm the accuracy of the delivery addresses.

The receiver of the order from our driver during delivery must be present. The order shall not be delivered to any other location, and the customer shall be responsible for the delivery fee, should the customer be unable to accept and collect at the address entered in the system on the scheduled delivery date. The customer must arrange a new delivery date and reschedule the delivery at their own cost. Our delivery service currently extends to all major cities in the United Arab Emirates. We retain the right to alter our delivery costs at any point.

SIDCO is not responsible in any manner if circumstances beyond its reasonable control—such as force majeure, strikes, government actions, pandemics, epidemics, and natural disasters—have delayed or halted the provision of services. In any of these circumstances, the customer will not be compensated.9

For all orders, there is a minimum order requirement of AED 50.

↪ Al Ain: Delivery Charge of AED50. Free Delivery above AED 150.

↪ Umm Al Quwain: Delivery Charge of AED60. Free Delivery above AED 150.

↪ Ras Al Khaimah:Delivery Charge of AED60. Free Delivery above AED 150.
